Every year, Team 1073 hosts a FIRST® LEGO League Explore Competition. At this event, students from ages six to ten gather together to compete with their LEGO robots. A large element of this project not only lies in building the robot itself, but also in the presentation of research (based on the current year’s theme) in front of a panel of judges. Throughout the experience, kids gain teamwork and problem solving skills, as well as confidence and new friends!
